AMERICAN JEWRY & THE CIVIL WAR

On Sunday afternoon, February 3rd at 2:30 P.M., Rego Park Jewish Center will present "American Jewry & the Civil War" - strange and fascinating facts by Historial & Author Bud Livingston. Learn about the Jewish personalities, actions and culture of the Civil War period. Hear about two Jewish senators, a general, the comical seder held by Union soldiers, the most outrageous incident of anti-semitism and the Union's greatest hero, Ulysses Grant.
