With more than 25 years of experience, Chief Instructor Avtar Mahaise Singh will guide you through basic and advanced Yoga. Bring your Yoga mat and invite friends.
Beginning Monday, January 7, all Yoga sessions will be held Mondays and Tuesdays from 7 pm to 8 pm.
Optional weekend mornings (7-8 am) available now. Sessions will be added as demand grows along with intensive workshops. Individual Private sessions available by appointment only.
