Life After High School: Creating an Effective Transition Process for Students with Special Needs

The Samuel Field Y and their Center for Helping Individuals with Learning Differences will be hosting a Life After High School presentation, exploring how to create an effective transition process for students and children with special needs.

This presentation will explore program options and requirements for students with Learning Disabilities and
Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) once they have graduated High School, and will allow for a questions/answers section after the presentation.
