Monsignor John T. Fagan Awards Dinner

On Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 6:00 p.m., Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York, one of the largest and most respected children’s services agencies serving New York City and Long Island, will host the Monsignor John T. Fagan Awards Dinner expected to raise $500,000 to benefit Little Flower’s vast array of programs and services that support children, families and the developmentally disabled. The annual fundraiser will honor longtime Little Flower donors Maura Manning, Senior Vice President at Ralph Lauren Corp., and Francis X. Comerford, Chief Revenue Officer and President of Commercial Operations for NBC Universal Owned Television Stations, with the Msgr. John T. Fagan Humanitarian Award, and Daniel L.Kurtz, Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom with the Msgr. John T. Fagan Service Award. The event will take place at Guastavino’s on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

The event will offer cocktails, a silent and live auction, dinner and an award ceremony. Honorary Co-chairs include actress Susan Lucci and her husband Helmut Huber. Co-Chairs for 2014 are Robert C. Sheehan and Betsy Comerford.

Monsignor John T. Fagan, for whom the Dinner is named, was a Roman Catholic priest, humanitarian and leader in the field of child care services for more than four decades. He retired in 2001 as the Director of Little Flower and died in 2006.
