Understanding the Signs and Impact of Caregiver Stress and How to Help Those in Your Community Who Are Caregivers

The Samuel Field Y's Partners in Caring & Cape Programs will be presenting an Understanding the Signs and Impact of Caregiver Stress and How to Help Those in Your Community Who Are Caregivers workshop on Wednedsay, June 18, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM as part of their Continuing Education for Rabbis and Lay Leadersseries.

As the Rabbi and Lay Leader, we understand that you are one of the first people to which your congregation, individuals and friends reach out to for help. As your partner, we want to be able to assist you and give you the tools to better address some of the situations and difficult topics that arise. We will address these issues from a social service perspective.

Join us as we discuss some of the challenging issues within the community and learn to better assist the people who count on us. This workshop will be presented by Alissa Pizzutiello, the director of the Samuel Field Y's Early State Dementia Program, and Jane Bardavid, the director of the Samuel Field Y's award-winning mental health clinic, CAPE.

For more information or to RSVP for this workshop, please contact Raizy Mushell at (718) 225-6750 ext. 212 or email connect-to-care@sfy.org.
