St. Gregory’s Theatre Group Thursday, February 21, through Sunday, February 24 St. Gregory’s Theatre Group will present their production of “The Mousetrap” at 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, Friday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23 and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 24. For more information, call 718-989-2451 or e-mail tickets@sgtg.org. “The Axe in the Attic” Museum of the Moving Image Saturday, February 23 The Museum of the Moving Image will have a special screening of the documentary “The Axe in the Attic” with co-director Lucia Small in person on Saturday, February 23 at 6:30 p.m. The film examines the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina as seen during a 60-day road trip taken by co-directors Small and Ed Pincus. The two traveled from New England to New Orleans. Following the screening, there will be a discussion with Small. The Museum of the Moving Image is located at 35th Avenue and 36th Street in Astoria. Chai Found Music Ensemble Flushing Town Hall Saturday, February 23 The Chai Found Music Ensemble will perform at Flushing Town Hall on Saturday, February 23 at 8 p.m. The group uses six instruments to represent Chinese musical tradition. They are the erhu, di, pipa, guzheng, yangqin and ruanxian. Tickets are $20 or $16 for members. Flushing Town Hall is located at 137-35 Northern Boulevard. A native of India, Abichandani moved to Queens when she was 14 years old. She uses herself as subject matter for her photography, as well as her family and friends. In this particular exhibit, she “has transferred the intimacy of her private life and the idiosyncrasies of her vision to the public realm of geopolitics.” The Queens Museum of Art is located in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.
