The Queens Courier is proud to present its newest signature event on Thursday, February 5: The "Rising Stars" Awards & Networking Event - adding another amazing program to its roster of prestigious affairs. The event, at Queens Theatre in the Park from 5 to 8 p.m., will feature networking and a cocktail reception with awards given to honorees.
