Pair of pharmacy robbers still
being sought

Thursday, June 18, 2009 4:01 PM EDT
The NYPD is trying to track down two suspects wanted in connection with seven commercial robberies in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.

In each incident the suspects enter the pharmacies with their faces covered, armed with a firearm. One of the suspects then goes behind the counter and removes cash and/or drugs from the back offices. The suspects then flee the locations on foot.

In Queens, the perps have hit the Briarwood Pharmacy, a CVS on Linden Boulevard and Franhill Drugs, Inc. on Hillside Avenue.

The suspects are described as being in their 20s or 30s. They are both approximately 5'11" tall and weigh 165 pounds.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
