Help cops nab robberPolice are asking for the public's assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred on May 31 in front of 28-40 31st Street.
Cops say the suspect, in his 20s, agreed to meet the victim, who had placed an advertisement on Craig's List to sell a laptop computer. When the victim met the suspect at the location, police say he produced a canister of Mace and sprayed the victim in the face. The suspect then fled on foot with the laptop. No serious injuries were reported. The perp is described as 6' tall. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. |
