Shooters sought

Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating five men, all between the ages of 25 and 30, wanted in connection with a shooting on October 25 in front of 30-05 Whitestone Expressway.

Police say that during an altercation between two groups, a firearm was discharged, resulting in the shooting of a 21-year-old man, who was taken to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition. There are no arrests in this case. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
