New look for state license plates

During weekends in November and December, the New York City Health Department will hold H1N1 flu vaccination clinics for individuals meeting certain criteria.

The clinics, which are being held in all five boroughs, will be open to pregnant women, those between the ages of four and 24, and individuals who either live with children under six months of age or those who care for them.

Additionally, adults between 25 and 64 will be able to get the vaccination if they have “underlying health conditions that increases risk of severe illness or complications,” according to the Health Department. These complications include asthma, diabetes, chronic heart and lung conditions, kidney failure and a weakened immune system.

The clinics in Queens are as follows:

● At I.S. 77, 976 Seneca Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 14 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, November 15. The priority zip codes for this site are 11221, 11237, 11381, 11385 and 11386.

● At P.S. 19, 98-03 Roosevelt Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, November 14 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 15. Priority zip codes are 11352, 11356, 11368, 11369, 11370, 11371, 11372, 11373, 11374, and 11380.

● At I.S. 125, 46-02 47th Avenue, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 21 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 22. Priority zip codes are 11101, 11103, 11104, 11106, 11109, and 11377.

● At I.S. 210, 93-11 101st Avenue, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 5 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 6. Priority zip codes are 11208, 11256, 11414, 11416, 11417, 11418, 11419, 11420, 11421, 11430, 11690, 11691, 11692, and 11695.

● At I.S. 25, 34-65 192nd Street, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 12 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 13. Priority zip codes are 11004, 11005, 11351, 11354, 11355, 11357, 11358, 11359, 11360, 11361, 11362, 11363, 11364, 11365, 11426, and 11427.
